Job description
As Operational Buyer, you are responsible for creating and releasing purchase orders in line with the requirements from the organization and follow up with the suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery. You have regular contact with your internal stakeholders, including project members and procurement colleagues and externally with your suppliers.

During your daily work, you are the key operational communication channel between the projects, procurement and the suppliers and responsible for accurate processing of purchase orders and up to date information related to all outstanding purchase orders.

What it takes
You completed a relevant procurement or supply chain education, preferably NEVI or equivalent. You have experience with procurement processes and ERP systems, e.g. Trimergo, SAP or others. Further, you have excellent organization skills, an eye for details and know how to build relationships with colleagues and suppliers in an international environment. You master the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing, German language skills are an advantage, and you have good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook and Excel).
